Snooze Management is on the hunt for a talented Learning & Development Specialist.
This exciting role is responsible for delivering engaging learning materials and resources and is a key support to delivering all strategic projects at Snooze.
The successful candidate will design and develop training materials, create policy, document processes incorporating instructional design and engage stakeholders in training topics ranging from retail point of sale systems, sales training to leadership development.

Day-to-Day
Engage with key stakeholders – franchise partners, retail team members and the Support Centre team to support and deliver strategic project work.
Identify, analyse, and document operational change impacts caused by projects and manage the appropriate interventions through a learning lens.
Identify and document the training needs of Franchise Partners, retail store teams and Support Centre team members to transition to any new operational processes.
Develop training materials and work with appropriate partners to produce them.
Ensure all training materials align with compliance and organisational goals.
Facilitate and manage workshop sessions alongside our talented Instore Field Training team, at such events as Snooze Forums or Snooze Conferences.
Identify, develop and create training modules related to our service offerings using contemporary methods of training delivery.
Assist in the overall presentation and formatting of the e-learning modules to enhance user experience.
Deliver training as required.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, developments in learning technologies and different training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, classroom training and workshops.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (minimum qualification)
High proficiency in MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
Previous experience in the creation and delivery of learning packages, including instructional design (critical), evidence of content development work
Experience in facilitating in-house e-learning programs and workshops with the ability to engage audiences in different settings.
Authoring skills in e-learning using Articulate 360 or similar and LMS experience and technical abilities
High-level planning and organisation with a strong service approach and attention to detail.
The ability to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly with the ability to edit and proof-read
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Hold a full Australian driver’s license.
Experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes
Flexible working approach to deliver the best outcomes
Ability to work both autonomously and co-operatively with others and contribute in a team environment
The ability to travel interstate on occasion
