The role:

Snooze Northland is looking for dynamic Retail Sales Consultants who are confident, authentic, and skilled at building relationships, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role involves weekend and public holiday shifts, and we’re ideally seeking candidates with prior sales experience. The part-time role will include 4 days per week and have a commission-based structure. A full-time position may be considered for the right candidate.

 At Snooze, you will:

• Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
• Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will bring:

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential) 
• Customer-centric behaviours 
• Confident and professional communication skills 
• The ability to use a computer 
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.

(Please note the successful candidate will be required to submit a clean and valid national Police check as the inherent requirements of the role may include handling cash and sensitive data).
