The full-time role:

Snooze Capalaba is seeking a passionate Sales and Warehouse Team Member with a confident and genuine approach, along with a talent for building strong customer relationships.

Flexibility is essential, as the role requires availability across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

The role is a mixed role, and our priority is finding the right individual who can complement our current sales team but primarily is physically capable and willing to take control of our small onsite warehousing requirements for incoming and outgoing stock.

You will bring

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential) 
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to safely unload and load heavy stock daily.
• Driven individual that has a high standard of customer service
• Confident and professional communication skills 
• The ability to use a computer 
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's

 At Snooze, you'll be

• Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions
• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations you will be merchandising bedrooms, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience
