As the Store Manager at our Marsden Park store, you’ll play a key part in building and motivating a passionate team, delivering unforgettable customer experiences, and driving store success.

This full-time position offers variety and autonomy, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and coach them to achieve their goals, all while helping customers find their dream bedroom solutions.

 At Snooze, you will

• Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
• Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations
• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor

• Champion store presentation and operational standards that keep customers coming back
• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand

You already come with the following

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential 
• Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage) 
• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
• Natural leadership and relationship-building skills

• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals

• Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
