As a Sales Assistant at our Mandurah store, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success.

This part-time position offers variety and autonomy, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

 At Snooze, you will

• Build rapport, establish relationships with customers, and provide expert sleep solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand
• Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations
• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor
• Champion store presentation and operational standards that keep customers coming back

You already come with the following

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential 
• Natural relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals
• Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
• Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
