The full-time role

As a Sales Assistant at our Tweed Heads and Bundall stores, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success.

This position offers variety with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential. For the right candidate, hours can be negotiated down to part-time or casual hours.

 At Snooze, you will

• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
• Provide customers with expert sleep solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand

• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor

• Champion store presentation and operational standards

You already come with the following

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential 
• Natural relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others

• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals

• Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
• Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
