The casual role

Snooze in Bennett's Green is seeking a passionate casual Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

Hours are negotiable and flexible in this casual role.

You will be required to work from 20 to 35 hours per week, including agreed weekends and some public holidays as well as weekdays.

At Snooze, you will

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service
• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships
• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor

You will bring

• Experience is sales as an advantage (preferred)
• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment- you work well independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• The capability to lift product on occasion
