The full time role

Snooze Chadstone is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

Hours

You will be working 38 hours a week , including agreed weekends, some public holidays as well as weekday work.

At Snooze, you will

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor

• Enjoy fantastic training and learn about high quality beds and mattresses

You will bring

• Experience in sales as an advantage (preferred)

• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- you are engaging

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment- you work well independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• The capability to lift product on occasion
