The role:

Snooze Waurn Ponds is looking for a motivational and experienced senior leader who is driven, goal-orientated and passionate about customer service. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience.

The role is a full-time Store Manager position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

You already come with the following:

• Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred

• Previous management experience 

• Experience in stock management

• You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like

• The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets

• Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you

• The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best

• Influencing and motivating the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members

• Effective communication skills

• Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
