The part-time role
Snooze Springvale is looking for a top-performing Sales Assistant with a confident, passionate approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships.
This role requires flexibility, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. We’re open to offering a part-time and permanent role for the right candidate.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor.
You will bring
A genuine people person with the ability to build rapport quickly
Motivation for sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
