The full-time role

Snooze is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant/Jockey to support our Nunawading warehouse.

The role will primarily include managing stock and coordinating store deliveries. 

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. The work days required are Tuesday to Saturday.

As this is a warehouse position, employment will be subject to passing a pre-employment medical examination.

The attributes below are ideal for the successful applicant

• Assist on a truck delivering to customer homes

• Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks in volume, including unloading container stock

• Ability to manage all daily activities: stock control, space management, in and outbound logistics, and customer service

• Coordinate deliveries /delivery contractors, and the receiving of goods

• Possesses excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail

We are looking for

• Forklift license (preferred)

• Previous warehouse experience (preferably in the bedding or furniture industry).
