The casual Sales Consultant role – Snooze South Yarra

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help our customers find their perfect sleep solution. If you have a great attitude, love building connections, and are eager to learn, we can teach you everything you need to know about mattress retail.

For the right candidate, we offer casual or part-time hours, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping customers find their dream bed by providing expert advice and tailored solutions
• Creating an exceptional in-store experience through engaging conversations and outstanding customer service
• Supporting daily store operations—merchandising bedrooms, handling stock (including occasional heavy lifting), using computer systems, and collaborating with your team

What we’re looking for:

• A confident and genuine communicator who enjoys building relationships
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• The energy and fitness to walk the showroom floor and safely handle stock
• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
• The drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs
