There are two part-time Salesperson roles on offer with a start date around mid-January 2026

Our new Snooze Bathurst store is seeking experienced Salespeople who are confident communicators who love talking to people and know how to build strong relationships while striving to provide sleep solutions

Although sales experience is preferred, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest!

Expect to work retail hours, including a roster of regular rotating weekends, some weekdays, late night trading and public holidays where required.

At Snooze, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional service
• Build rapport with our customers in a genuine way
• Collaborate with your team in day-to-day retail store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, keeping the store clean, learning, operating computers, and walking the floor.

The successful candidate has:

• Confidence in talking with people. You are verbally confident and engaging
• Previous retail experience within a furniture/bulky goods retail environment is highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills. We work as a team at Snooze
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• A willingness to learn lots of product knowledge and adapt
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
