The casual role:

Snooze Midland is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

At Snooze, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms

You will bring:

• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• Experience in selling high-value items is advantageous but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations

• The physical fitness to walk the store floor throughout the day and the strength to safely carry heavy stock when necessary
