The part-time role

Snooze South Wharf is looking for a passionate Sales Assistant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.

This role offers approx. 20 – 30 per week please, with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential. For the right candidate there is potential to go into full-time hours.

At Snooze, you will

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers

• Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor.

You will bring

• A genuine people person with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Previous retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
