About the role:

Snooze Macgregor is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Assistant who is a confident communicator and knows how to build strong relationships while striving to provide exceptional customer experience. 

We offer flexibility — full-time, part-time, or casual hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate.

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

At Snooze, you'll be:

• Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions

• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience

You already come with the following:

• A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's

• Previous retail experience within a furniture or big-ticket retail environment will be highly regarded, but not essential

• Confidence with people, products, and the sales process

• Exceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat business

• Competency in computer and literacy skills

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Bilingual skills will be highly regarded.
