The full-time role

Snooze Marsden Park is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience. 

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

 At Snooze, you will

• Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions

• Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will bring

• A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly

• A strong motivation for sales

• Experience in selling high-value items is advantageous but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• The physical fitness to walk the store floor throughout the day, and the strength to safely carry heavy stock when necessary
