The full-time role:

Snooze Capalaba is seeking a Team Member who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience. For the right candidate part-time hours may be negotiable.

The candidate is required to regularly lift stock. This involves loading and unloading trucks, racking stock and distribution.

The role entails working on agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. As part of the position, employees can anticipate benefits such as discounts and onsite parking.

 At Snooze, you will:

• Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
• Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations which involves merchandising bedrooms, operating computers, walking the floor, and delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will bring:

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential) 
• Customer centric behaviours 
• Confident and professional communication skills 
• The ability to use a computer 
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
